Where we deliver
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. A global country selector is available at checkout; delivery eligibility is limited to the region above.
Shipping charges
All orders receive free standard shipping. The shipping charge is $0.00. No expedited delivery option is offered.
Handling and transit
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
Order cutoff and business days
Our cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
