We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch: approximately 4–6 business days combined. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

The cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Before the cutoff on a business day, that day is the processing start day. At or after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, the next business day is used. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

The collection includes steel, ceramic, concrete, solid wood and marble. Each product page lists the specific materials, dimensions and care instructions.

Each product page identifies its included pieces. Keys, jewelry, furniture and other scene accessories are not included.

Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before returning to our address in France. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

We pay return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective items. You pay return shipping to France for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies. Issue-related claims are handled separately from ordinary condition requirements.

Approved refunds are automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
